PicStreaks
Description
PicStreaks is a fictional social media app for teenagers to young adults. In app users upload a picture every day with a specific worldwide theme. Each time users post a streak their streak numbers go up.
To tailor this app for its correct target audience, it is very vibrant, features a cute mascot, and is not dull with generic black and white colours like most social media apps. It also incorporates gamified features were users unlock profile picture customisations.
To make the app more personalised users set their own streak icon and their own profile picture customisations which can be seen everywhere. A unique highlight is the leaderboard system. This system chooses the most engaged theme of the week, and showcases the top three posts with the most likes.
